Returns & Exchanges

We know that sometimes you receive a product and maybe it’s not the correct fit you thought it was or there may be some fault with the product that we were not aware of. We want you to know that we have a very open return policy for items you might want to return and have exchanged or returned and refunded completely. Just follow our easy steps and we’ll process the return as quickly as possible once received; with a big smile knowing that you are being given the best customer service possible.

1) We advise that as soon as you’ve received your order open it and give it a check over and try it on.

2) You may realise that the fit, length, colouration is not right or there is a fault with the item/s, it’s OK. Simply put the item back in the original package and fill out the accompanying return slip with the Order number and the reason/s for returning. If you would like an exchange mention that here too. You will find your Order number on the confirmation email. 

3) In case if you haven't received any return form or lost it please email us at gb@islamicdesignhouse.com and we will send you one insha'Allah. Please do not return any item without a duly filled return form.  

4) Items needed to be returned for an exchange/refund will need to be delivered back to us within 14 days of you receiving it, 21 days for international customers.

5) Also please make sure that returned items have not been worn and are in their original packaging with all the tags still attached.

6) Your return will process in 5 working days after we receive it.
